Top rod blanks
Each model in the range is even available in two versions. As a 1+1-piece rod (one piece with removable handle) and a classic 2-piece rod . You really are spoiled for choice. The outstanding sensitivity and feedback of the Expride blanks is the result of two exclusive Shimano technologies.
The high modulus full carbon blanks are equipped with the Hi-Power X construction. This reduces blank twist when casting and during the fight and makes the blank extremely responsive.

Added to this is the carbon monocoque handle , which transfers more information from the blank to the hand. It provides an unprecedented insight into every contact the bait has with its underwater environment. The Expride is equipped with Fuji SiC guides and a lightweight Shimano Ci4+ reel seat for spinning or baitcasting reels .
