Shimano Zodias Spinning - the new Shimano Zodias spinning rod was developed and designed in Japan. It is part of the exclusive JDM range . It is a perfectly balanced selection of casting and spinning models with fast or extra-fast action.

The new Shimano Zodias has been significantly improved for 2020! It now features Shimano's exclusive carbon monocoque handle. Ideal for maximum sensitivity and perfect transmission of bottom conditions including the finest bite transmission.

The full carbon monocoque hand section is a hollow carbon construction, eliminating the use of EVA from the rear grip. This results in a very lightweight construction. However, it is extremely sensitive and improves the vibration transfer through the blank to your hand.

To provide a balance of power and finesse, the 2020 Zodias rods continue to feature Shimano's Hi-Power X blank and Ci4+ reel seat, as well as improved Fuji Stainless Alconite K-guides with a SiC tip.
