At first glance, there is no visual difference to the previous model. However, some very important improvements have been made to this technically sophisticated Big Lure Baitcast reel.
The most important changes concern, among other things, the braking system. The external centrifugal brake regulator on the side plate has been removed. This creates space for the line guide, which now synchronizes with the line on the spool. Another important change to the brake is that it now makes a ticking sound. This is similar to a spinning reel when your fish goes into the brake.
In addition, the gear ratio is now 6.2:1. Lots of new features for this great masterpiece! Of course, Shimano hasn't left out other technologies such as the Micro Module gear and the Hagane Body. With this round profile multiplier reel, you have a perfect reel from head to toe.
